Welcome! Follow the steps below to get fully set up as a new resident.
Submit Lease to Building Administrator
The first step is to email your ONTARIO STANDARD lease agreement to the Building Administrator.
Email Requirements
- You MUST include your unit number in the email subject line.
- If you are a tenant or agent, you MUST CC the owner of the suite in the email for verification.
If your account is not approved after 72 hours, please follow up with Property Management at gloucester.on@fsresidential.com.
Register for Concierge Plus
Next, create an account on Concierge Plus, our Resident Online Portal. This is used for amenity bookings, receiving building notices, and more.

Register for Buzzer Code
Now that your account is approved, you can register your phone number to receive buzzer calls from the lobby and grant access to your visitors. For any questions, please contact security at 3@gloucestersecurity.ca.

To reserve an elevator, you must have an approved Concierge Plus account. All bookings must be made through your own account.

Please be aware that the front desk security/concierge staff cannot make any bookings on your behalf.
Move-in Date Approaching?
If your move-in date is near and your Concierge Plus account is still not approved, please visit the Property Management Office on the 5th floor or email them directly at gloucester.on@fsresidential.com for urgent assistance.
Set Up Your Hydro Account
The final step is to set up your electricity account with Provident Energy Management. Water and gas are included in your rent.

Building Access
After your Concierge Plus account is approved, register your Canadian phone number using the official online form. Activation takes 3-5 business days. To let visitors in, press '9' on your phone when they buzz.
Additional fobs ($40) and garage remotes ($120) can be purchased from the management office or via the online store. Suite keys must be ordered from City Wide locksmith; contact management for the authorization form.
Building Policies
Garbage chutes operate from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Use small, tied bags. Do not throw cardboard, oversized items, or liquids down the chute. Bulk items go to the P2 storage room.
No. Smoking is prohibited in all interior common areas and on balconies. Barbecuing and cooking on balconies are also strictly forbidden due to fire safety regulations.
Services & Maintenance
Most parcels are delivered to the self-serve lockers on P1; you will be notified by phone/email. You have 24 hours to collect them before they are returned to sender.
There are 5 visitor spots, first-come, first-served. Visitors must get a permit from the concierge. Each unit is allowed 6 permits per month, valid for 24 hours each.
Amenities & Bookings
All amenities like the Guest Suites, Theatre Room, and Party Rooms must be booked online via your Concierge Plus resident portal. The Gym and Pool do not require booking.
Elevator Reservations
Information for booking an elevator for move-ins, move-outs, or large deliveries. All bookings must be made via Concierge Plus by a registered resident.

How to Book
All reservations must be made through the Concierge Plus portal. The front desk cannot make bookings for you.

If you are an eligible resident, you can register your phone number for the enterphone system using the official online form. Click the button below to start the eligibility check.
How It Works
- Activation takes 3-5 business days after form submission.
- When a visitor calls from the lobby panel, your registered phone will ring.
- Press '9' on your phone's keypad to unlock the main entrance and grant elevator access.
Important Rules
- Only one North American phone number per tenant is allowed.
- This number is also used for Parcel Locker notifications.
- Number changes are limited to once every 6 months. Contact security for changes.
